Swipe to switch cameras.
Switch between the front and back cameras with a sideways swipe before recording or between clips.
Show yourself, then show what you are talking about. With the camera awake and recording paused, a swipe in either direction switches between the front and back cameras, including between clips in the same yap.
The capture screen stays minimal, with no extra visible tips. Keyboard and screen-reader controls provide another way to switch cameras.

Swipe left or right on the active camera preview to switch between front and back cameras while recording is idle.

Keep the front-camera preview mirrored and show the back-camera preview without mirroring.
- Protection
Prevent switching during recording, saving, or camera startup, and attempt to restore the previous camera if switching fails.
- Accessibility
Switch with the left or right arrow key on the recording control, or use the screen-reader button, which becomes visible on keyboard focus. Screen readers announce the active camera.
