More useful diagnostics for investigating caption failures after repeated recording sessions on iPhone.
Captions can succeed after restarting the app even when an in-session retry fails. We need better evidence about what changes during repeated use before calling this issue fixed.
This release retains caption-specific events separately from playback activity and records safe details about failed memory allocations. A desktop test completed twelve recording, rendering, captioning, and playback cycles, but did not reproduce the iPhone failure. These changes support the investigation; they are not a confirmed fix.
